Refund & Return Policy
At TinyCorner, we want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all bath bomb sales are final unless the item arrives unopened, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
Returns
We only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be sealed and unopened
- The box and packaging must not be damaged, tampered with, or altered in any way
- The item must not have been used or handled beyond normal inspection at delivery
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for any opened bath bomb products.
Because our products are personal-use bath items, any item that has been opened, unsealed, touched, damaged, or used cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened bath bombs
- Used products
- Damaged or tampered packaging
- Items not in their original condition
- Products returned without prior approval
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.tinycorner@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full or partial refund
Refunds
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment.
